1.3. Before placing an order, the User can review this Offer and the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy in English, Russian or Kazakh.

1.4. The agreement is entered into electronically. Before an order is created, the User separately confirms the following required statements: “I accept the Public Offer” and “I have read the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy and consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in it, including necessary transfers to technical and payment providers and cross-border transfers in the cases specified in the Policy.” Acceptance of the Offer consists of these actions together with providing a phone number for issuing an invoice, placing the order and paying for it through Kaspi.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Provider gives the User digital access to the paid version of the original online Toolkit with practical exercises, “I Don't Want to Feel This Way”.

2.2. The full version of the Toolkit includes 15 practical exercises, Toolkit sections and navigation.

2.3. Access is provided through https://feelbetter.mindemo.ai. The Toolkit is provided in digital form. No physical copy is supplied. A downloadable file is not provided as the subject of the agreement.

2.4. The editorial language of this version of the online Toolkit and its exercises is English. Legal documents are available in English, Russian and Kazakh.

2.5. Exercise full-02, “4–6 Breathing”, is available in full and free of charge as part of the introductory access to the Toolkit.

3. Price

3.1. The price of full access to the online Toolkit is 4,990 (four thousand nine hundred ninety) tenge, and the payment currency is KZT.

3.2. Before payment, the User is provided with information about the product, price and purchase terms on the purchase page.

4. Placing an Order and Payment

4.1. To place an order, the User provides a Kazakhstan mobile phone number linked to Kaspi and completes the two separate confirmations described in clause 1.4. The Provider creates a payment request with a unique order code for 4,990 tenge.

4.2. Payment is made through Kaspi. A personal invoice is issued to the User. When necessary, a backup general payment link displayed on the order page may also be used, provided that the exact amount and order code are specified. The Provider manually verifies and confirms receipt of payment.

4.3. Full access to the Toolkit is provided only after payment has been confirmed. Before confirmation, the request may be awaiting invoice issuance, have the status of an issued invoice, or be cancelled.

4.4. The Provider does not request or store the User's full bank card details. Kaspi processes payment data under its own rules and applicable legal requirements.

4.5. The User is provided with a document confirming the purchase as required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Access Terms

5.1. One confirmed purchase gives the User personal full access to the paid version of the Toolkit without a subscription or recurring payment. The User can return to the Toolkit without paying again. A separate technical browser session may have an expiration period and, when necessary, may be activated again in accordance with clause 5.4; expiration of such a session does not by itself terminate the paid right of access.

5.2. Access is provided through the product's technical infrastructure and remains available while the relevant digital product is operated and supported by the Provider.

5.3. Clause 5.2 is not a promise to maintain a particular website, domain, device or software indefinitely and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

5.4. After payment is confirmed, the order page allows the User to open the Toolkit and reactivate personal access. To protect the purchase from being transferred to third parties, one purchase may have no more than two simultaneously active browser sessions, for example on the User's phone and computer. The User should keep the private order link and must not share it with other persons. If the User changes or loses a device, reaches the active-session limit or otherwise loses technical access, the User may contact contact@mindemo.ai, provide available purchase details and describe the problem. After reasonable verification of the purchase, the Provider may reset old active sessions and restore the ability to activate access without another payment, or provide another solution required by law.

5.5. Discontinuation or substantial modification of the product does not cancel mandatory rights that the User already has under an existing agreement and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
